Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Coach Santi collects when you use this website or get in touch, and how it is used.

Who Is Responsible

This website is run by Santiago Voeffray (Coach Santi), Copenhagen, Denmark, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach me at coach.santi.fit@gmail.com.

Data I Collect

This website has no user accounts and no analytics or advertising cookies. I only receive personal data when you choose to give it to me: by email, through the contact form (which opens your own email app), by WhatsApp, on Instagram, or by signing up for a free training PDF. That is usually your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you tell me about your training goals, sport, experience or health.

Like any website, the hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

How I Use Your Data

I use your data to answer your inquiry, plan and deliver coaching, and handle bookings and payments. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a coaching agreement and performing that agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Health information you share is only used to program your training safely, with your consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

Free PDFs And Training Emails

When you ask for a free training PDF, I collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. They are stored with MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania, an EU company), which sends you the PDF and occasional training emails. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Every email has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, or ask me to delete your data, your address is removed from the list.

Sharing Your Data

I do not sell your personal data. It is only handled by the services involved in contacting me (for example Gmail, WhatsApp or Instagram), MailerLite for the free PDFs, and the website host, or disclosed where the law requires it.

Data Retention

I keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: typically for the duration of our coaching relationship, plus any period required by Danish bookkeeping rules for payment records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time. Just contact me. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

Young Athletes

For athletes under 18, including the Youth Athletic Development Program, I ask that a parent or guardian makes the first contact and agrees to the coaching arrangement on their behalf.

Changes To This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
